Billing

Along with your shipment, you will receive an invoice documenting product charge, and applicable sales tax. Your invoice will state that you have prepaid your order by credit card. Your credit card will be billed instantly after the payment confirmation.

Sales tax

As a result of having representation in every state, Pearson Education is required to collect state sales tax for orders shipped to most states.

Refunds

After an online purchase you can obtain a refund by contacting Customer Services. You have up to 30 days to request a refund. If one or more of the access code has been used, your refund request will be denied.
